About the service
Is SaudiAirCondition an AC maintenance company?
No. We are an online service that receives your request and passes it to independent AC companies and technicians in your city. The company you choose carries out the work and sets the price and warranty.
Is requesting offers free?
Yes. Sending a request is free and commits you to nothing. You only pay if you agree with a company to carry out the service, at the price they offer you.
When will technicians contact me?
It depends on your city, the service and technician availability. For urgent requests we pass your request on immediately to suitable companies, but we can’t guarantee a specific contact or visit time.
Do technicians work on all AC types?
Yes — you can request service for split, window, central and cassette units of the different brands. Select your AC type in the request so the right technician comes.
Who sees my personal data?
We only share your details with the AC service companies relevant to your request, and only after your explicit consent. Details are in our privacy policy.
Requests and visits
How long does the request take?
Usually two or three minutes. The form has five short steps, and you can go back to edit any step before sending.
Can I request service for more than one AC?
Yes — enter the number of units in step two. If they need different services, such as cleaning some and repairing another, mention it when the company contacts you.
Is the inspection free?
It depends on the company. Some charge a visit or inspection fee and may deduct it if they carry out the repair. Ask before you confirm the appointment.
Is there a warranty on the repair?
The warranty is set by the company doing the work and may differ between labour and spare parts. Ask for it to be written clearly on the invoice or agreement.
Do you carry out AC work yourselves? Who do I ask about completed work or its warranty?
We don’t carry out AC work ourselves. For questions about work done by a company or its warranty, contact that company directly.
Privacy and data
Why do you need my mobile number?
Companies need to contact you to confirm the details, arrange a visit and make their offer. We don’t use your number for other purposes without your consent.
Can I withdraw my consent or delete my data?
Yes. Under the Personal Data Protection Law you can request access to, correction or destruction of your data and withdraw your consent. Your rights, how to make a request and the email address for it are set out in our Privacy Policy.
