Offers on new AC units
Buy a new AC with offers from your city
A new air conditioner stays with you for years, and the electricity bill reminds you of the choice every summer. The trouble is that there are many options and the specifications look alike on paper, so it is hard to know which unit really suits your room, what installing it costs and whether the offer in front of you is a good one.
With SaudiAirCondition you send one request with the AC type, the approximate size, the number of units and whether you need installation. It reaches AC suppliers and companies in your city, who send you their offers so you can compare calmly.

What you get when you send a request
The request is free, and it lets you compare real offers instead of going from showroom to showroom:
Offers on new units
Offers from suppliers and companies serving your city, matched to the type and size you choose.
Installation included or separate
You choose whether you want installation with the unit, the unit only, or have not decided yet.
Help with sizing
If you are unsure of the right capacity, the company helps you work it out from the room size and position.
Like-for-like comparison
Compare price, warranty and what the installation covers for each offer side by side.
When is a new AC the right decision?
Not every weak AC needs replacing, but in these cases buying is often better value than repeated repairs:
- Repeated faults in an old unit
When major faults keep coming back and the repair bill approaches the price of a new unit. Read why is my AC not cooling? before you decide.
- A new home or an extra room
A new flat or villa, or an annex or room that needs cooling for the first time.
- The wrong size
An undersized unit runs non-stop without cooling; an oversized one cools quickly, switches off and leaves the room humid.
- High electricity use
Older units are usually less efficient than modern ones, and the difference can show in the summer bill.
Which type of AC, and what size?
The type depends on the space and how you use it; the size depends on the room and its surroundings. For detail, read how to choose the right AC size and type for your room and split vs window vs central.
Wall-mounted split
The most common choice for bedrooms and majlis rooms: quiet, efficient, and installed as two units with copper piping.
Window AC
Simpler to fit if the wall opening already exists, but usually louder inside the room.
Floor-standing
A larger floor unit for living rooms and big majlis spaces, with no ceiling work.
Cassette and concealed
Units in a false ceiling, common in offices and large majlis rooms, planned before finishing work.
Central
A complete ducted system for a home or building, a project that needs a site survey and design. See central AC.
Approximate size
As a rule of thumb in our hot climate: a small room up to about 15 m² needs around 12,000 BTU (1 ton), up to about 25 m² around 18,000 BTU, and up to about 35 m² around 24,000 BTU. Direct sun, high ceilings and more people raise the need.
Check the energy label on the unit as well. A higher rating usually means lower consumption, and inverter units adjust compressor speed instead of switching on and off, which tends to save money over long daily use. Compare the rating across offers just as you compare the price.
What decides the price of a new AC?
We do not publish prices because they change with the season, the supplier and the model, but these factors explain the difference between one offer and another:
- Type and capacity
Every step up in capacity raises the price, and floor-standing, cassette and central systems sit at a different level from split and window units.
- Compressor technology and efficiency
Inverter units and higher ratings cost more to buy and can save on electricity over time.
- Brand and model
Newer models and extra features (air purification, app control) raise the price.
- Installation and what it covers
Pipe length, the bracket, drainage, the outdoor unit position, and removing an old unit if needed.
- Number of units
Buying several ACs in one request can bring a better price per unit.
- Season and availability
Demand rises before and during summer; better offers may be available outside the peak.
Ask each offer to state the manufacturer warranty on the unit and the compressor, the installation warranty, and what counts as an extra, before you compare the final price.

Frequently asked questions about buying a new AC
How do I know the right size for my room?
Start with the floor area in square metres, then think about direct sun, ceiling height and how many people use the room. If you are unsure, choose "Not sure" in the request and the company will help. More in our guide to choosing AC size.
Does the offer include installation?
You decide in the request: with installation, the unit only, or not decided yet. If you need installation separately, see AC installation.
Is an inverter worth the extra cost?
Usually yes if the AC will run for many hours a day, as it does in a Saudi summer, because its consumption is steadier. Compare the energy rating in the offers.
Do I have to give a budget?
No, the budget is optional and you can choose "Prefer not to say". Giving one helps suppliers suggest suitable units from the start.
Should I buy a split or a window AC?
A split is usually quieter and more efficient; a window unit is simpler to fit if the opening exists. Read split vs window vs central to compare.
What happens to my old AC?
Many companies remove the old unit when installing the new one. Mention it when they contact you, and ask if removal is included in the offer.
