Terms of Use

SaudiAirCondition is an online service, free for users, that lets you send one request for offers to maintain, repair, clean or install air conditioners or to buy a new AC and, with your consent, passes that request to independent AC companies, technicians and AC suppliers in your city.

We are not an AC company, a maintenance contractor or an AC seller. We do not carry out the work, set prices, appointments or warranties, or receive any payment for work or air conditioners.

The content published on the Site, including guides and service and city pages, is general information for reference only and is no substitute for an inspection of your AC by a qualified technician.

By using the Site, sending a request or registering as a partner through it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

To send a request you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to contract under the laws in force in the Kingdom.

We may refuse or decline to pass on any request, or restrict access to the Site, where we consider that its use breaches these terms or the law.

Sending a request is free and does not commit you to accept any offer or buy any service or air conditioner.

We aim to pass your request to one or more suitable partners, but we do not guarantee how many offers you will receive, when, at what price, or that any partner will accept your request. This depends on the service, your city and partner availability.

Offers, prices, appointments and warranties come from partners alone, and any agreement is made directly between you and the partner. We recommend that you agree the price, scope of work and warranty in writing before work starts, and keep the invoice.

We are not a party to any agreement between you and a partner, and we are not responsible for the quality of the work, air conditioners or spare parts, for keeping appointments or for honouring warranties.

We aim to pass requests to partners operating lawfully in the Kingdom and serving the cities we cover. Each partner is responsible for holding the licences its activity requires and for complying with the laws that govern it.

A partner registering through the Site confirms that its details are accurate and that it is authorised to represent the business. Registration does not oblige us to accept the partnership or to send any particular number of requests. Detailed partnership terms are set out in a separate agreement once a partnership is accepted.

A partner that receives a request must use the user’s data only for that request, contact the user courteously and stop contacting the user when asked to.

All content on the Site, including text, design, the logo, software and the way they are arranged, is owned by or licensed to SaudiAirCondition and protected by the intellectual property laws of the Kingdom.

You may view the content and share links to it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, modify or commercially exploit it without our prior written permission.

AC brand names mentioned on the Site belong to their owners and are used for identification only; they do not imply a partnership with any manufacturer.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors, complete or suitable for your situation, or that the Site will operate without interruption.

The general information on the Site, including indicative prices and tips, is a guide only and is no substitute for an inspection and assessment of your AC by a qualified technician.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or reliance on its content, or for any work, offer or act of a partner.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws in force in the Kingdom.

The Site may contain links to websites or services run by others. We provide these links for convenience only, we do not control their content or privacy practices and we are not responsible for them; your use of them is governed by those parties’ terms.

We may change these terms at any time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. Changes take effect from the date they are published, and your continued use of the Site after publication means you accept the amended terms.

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, without any obligation to you.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The competent courts and judicial authorities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the Site. Before that, both parties will try to settle the dispute amicably.

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

These terms are written in Arabic and English. If there is any difference or conflict between the two texts, the Arabic text prevails.
